Last night at around 11pm I decided to drive over to Pasadena to try out this taco stand I have never tried. It was delicious! They were sold out of Cabeza(cows head), apparently their most popular meat. So, I tried out their Alpastor & Lengua. The Alpastor is more seasoned than the Lengua. They have great Salsa Verde and Hot Sauce! I recommend to buy some horchata while you're at it to make the meal complete :]
I call it the Fair Oaks Taco Truck for now. It was pretty crowded when I got there at 11pm on a monday. However, my uncle said on fridays and weekends after midnight(1,2,3am) it gets PACKED because of all the clubbers want to grub somewhere!
I can't wait to introduce people to this place!
